In addition to its high and medium speed roll-fed labelling equipment Associated Packaging Equipment Corporation (APEC) is introducing a new small footprint roll-fed labeler.
The Polyclad 200 is capable of labeling up to 250 containers per minute and is a compact system that applies regular or shrinkable OPP labels to bottles or cans.
The machine incorporates innovations such as a patented articulated cutting station for improved knife access and setting, and a wireless hot melt glue roller.
A newly developed 'swing-out' cutting station is the main feature of this design. The machine can also be equipped with an integrated shrink tunnel.
